PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Kerry O'Riley graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne in 1991, practising for 6 years as a Physiotherapist before completing post graduate qualifications in Manipulative Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

Throughout her career Kerry has managed elite athletes including Illawarra Steelers, National Gymnasts and Canterbury Bulldogs. She has been the Physiotherapist for Shellharbour Sharks RLC, Oak Flats Cricket Club and Warilla Surf Life Saving. Kerry is committed to keeping her knowledge and skills up to date, regularly attending conferences and courses. Her expertise are in the management of Spinal, Sports and Occupational Health Injuries. Her main interest lies in the management of 'Low Back Pain' contributing to the establishment of a Back Fitness Program.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Cylina Leggo received her Remedial Massage Diploma in 2002. She has since continued her studies to expand her qualifications, which include Chinese Acupressure and Chi-balancing, Chinese Remedial massage, and Myofascial Dry Needle Therapy which uses very fine needles to release tense muscles.

Cylina's areas of interest include Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki and Chakra Balancing. Cylina also uses relaxation/meditation music in her treatments as she believes that for a full therapeutic result almost all the senses i.e. touch, smell, and hearing, should be engaged to facilitate a full healing experience.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Peter Richardson has 11 years experience as a Massage Therapist. He graduated from TAFE with DISTINCTION with a Diploma of Health Science (Massage Therapy). Peter's clinical experience was gained through working at Sports Medicine clinics, Doctors Surgeries, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Gyms and businesses (Corporate Massage), specialising in Sports and Workers Compensation Injury Rehabilitation. Peter has treated semi-professional and professional athletes from various sports, including players from The Wolves, The Hawks and The Waratahs.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Aaron Monkley completed studies for his Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and Advanced First Aid certificate at the Australian Institute of Fitness. His specialties include Relaxation, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Aaron is an active member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT).

Aaron's work is motivated by a strong belief in a healthy Work-Life balance. He enjoys being able to assist people in keeping fit and healthy and sees the benefits of regular treatments on physical and mental wellbeing.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Andy Pitt has completed studies in Swedish and Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice and is currently studying for his Diploma in Remedial Massage. Andy is a Certified Member in Remedial Massage with The Australian Traditional Medicine Society. Andy has provided massage therapy and strapping for the Kiama Quarriers Football Club, the U20 Dragons, at Triathlons and Mountain Bike and Ironman events.

Andy's areas of interest include Sports Massage, Remedial Massage of sporting injuries and he has a particular interest in Modern Neuromuscular Techniques. Andy encourages regular massage to relieve tension and stress and to prevent many debilitating conditions from developing.
DIETITIAN
Mary Sidrak attained her Bachelor Degrees in Science and in Medicine and Surgery from Cairo, Egypt. She has also completed a Master Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Wollongong University in 1994.

She has been working as a Dietitian in most hospitals of the Illawarra Area for the last twelve years. Mary's areas of interest include Diabetes, Weight Loss, High Cholesterol / Blood Lipids, High Blood Pressure, Food Intolerance, Renal, and Gastrointestinal Diseases. Mary speaks two languages fluently: English and Arabic.
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Julie Galbraith has been teaching Pilates for the last 9 years. After completing her BSc in Biological Sciences she moved to Australia where she studied Pilates. She has completed many different Pilates course and in 2006 gained her Diploma of Professional Pilates Practitioner with Pilates International. As a dedicated Pilates specialist, Jules actively pursues an ongoing commitment to her professional development by attending specialty courses and workshops. As an evolving professional, her approach is both effectual and informative.

Jules specialises in general fitness and wellbeing, clients recovering or coping with illnesses, rehabilitation for those in need of continual development and assessment, as well as pre & post-natal care.
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Amanda Groznik is a professional Pilates Instructor who has undergone comprehensive training and a rigorous examination process through the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA), which she currently holds membership. She completed training at, and is now a staff member of, Wollongong Pilates Studio, working under the guidance of Exercise Physiologists and Pilates Practitioners.

Amanda is experienced in designing individual programs and also working in group classes. Her repertoire includes basic mat work to the more advanced Traditional mat exercises, as well as working with small apparatus. She also specialises in working with Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Wundachair.

Amanda strives to provide quality service to her clients by keeping up with the latest research related to her field and attends regular continuing education programs.
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Elisha Renton completed her degree at The University of Wollongong. She is currently pursuing her passion in this field by completing a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Elisha has gained a broad range of experience whilst working in England, Canada and Australia. She believes in an active and balanced lifestyle and is highly committed to helping her clients achieve this. Elisha's expertise varies from elite athletes to people with chronic illness and injuries. She enjoys the challenge of working with a broad range of clients and assisting them in achieving their personal goals. Elisha prides herself on keeping informed with the most up to date research and implementing it in her training.
